We can carry out searches (‘Eleghos Titlon’) at the Land Registries confirming that the seller is the legal owner of the property, the description of the property matches the one given, the property is or not free of charges and encumbrances; we can also draft, notarise and legalise by means of an ‘apostille’ a power of attorney if you cannot travel to Greece, organise the signing of the title deed before a notary public in Greece – the transfer of the legal title is always done before a notary, assist you with the registration of your title at the Land Registry –if you are buying- to ensure that the transfer will be binding upon third parties besides the vendor and the buyer.

We can draft, notarise and legalise by an ‘apostille’ a power of attorney if you cannot travel to Greece and we can also draft, notarise and legalise minutes of meetings in Greek.
