Lorenzo holds a first-class Masters degree in town planning from the IUAV of Venice. He moved to London in 2013 and matured experience in one of the UK's largest firms before founding an independent planning consultancy in 2020.

Lorenzo has a deep knowledge of the English planning system and advises international investors and businesses in the acquisition and redevelopment of real estate assets. His services include the preparation of site appraisals, planning applications, negotiations with local authorities and appeals to the Planning Inspectorate.
