Maria Gentile, Esq. is an international business lawyer admitted to practice law in Italy, England (RFL) and Florida. Maria’s background encompasses M&A, international commercial transactions, commercial and civil litigation.

Prior to moving to the U.S., Maria worked as an associate in the commercial litigation division of Martinez & Novebaci, Studio Legale Associato in Milan, Italy. Maria assisted multinational corporate clients in their corporate law cases filed in the S.E.M.E.A. region (South Europe, Middle East, Africa), as well as international arbitration and start-up procedures.

Upon graduation from St. Thomas University School of Law, Maria started working, as trainee, with two outstanding attorneys: Gregory R. Elder, Esq., and Lance A. Geller, Esq. conducting researches and drafting legal memoranda for International arbitration, corporate litigation and complex litigation cases; Maria assisted Italian companies and entrepreneurs approaching the U.S. market and helped them with immigration, contracts drafting and real estate matters.

Being licensed in Italy, England and Florida, Maria’s assistance can be key for Italian companies’ and individuals’ transition from Europe to the U.S. market.
She speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
