Maurizio is a Registered Foreign Lawyer and Italian Avvocato qualified with high rights of audience in the Italian Courts.
He specialises in Commercial International Law and ADR and has extensive experience in Italian Planning & Land Law in which he is recognised as an expert in his field.
Following his law degree, Maurizio attended a Master degree at L. Bocconi University (Milan) and further Masters in Bologna and City University of London.
Throughout his career Maurizio worked as an expert of Planning & Land Law for regional public institutions in Italy and is the founder of a successful law firm based in Italy working alongside his wife Avv. Gabriella Ruggiero.
Maurizio successfully acted most recently in large cross-border real estate disputes. His knowledge and expertise extend to other branches of law such as company law, business regulation, import & export legislation with particular attention to the prominent issues emerging from the Brexit regulations particularly in the food and beverage sector.
Maurizio is a well-known and highly respected professional in both countries.
