NICOLETTA MARCHETTI

Nicoletta advises on corporate and commercial law and leads the Corporate Services department. 

She specialises in cross-border transactions and her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, group reorganisations and restructurings.

She also advises in corporate governance and compliance matters, including shareholder agreements, directors’ duties, board procedures and company secretarial matters.

Italian qualified and registered as a foreign lawyer with the Law Society of England and Wales, Nicoletta began her career in private practice, assisting clients in Italian civil and commercial law. She moved to London in 2003, where she obtained an LL.M in International and Business Law and gained experience working in-house for corporate consulting groups.
